    Job Description

The quality of Botnia’s skincare lies in how it is made. This role sits directly in the heart of our company. As a Manufacturing and Packaging Specialist, you will be responsible for physically manufacturing our skincare products by following our established, step-by-step manufacturing processes, then carrying them through filling, labeling, packaging, and quality control. This is a highly detail-driven, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things carefully, correctly, and consistently. You will not be creating formulas or inventing systems. You will be trusted to execute our proprietary processes exactly as designed and to protect the integrity of what we make. The Role This position supports hands-on manufacturing and packaging from start to finish. You will follow detailed, proprietary recipes to batch products, then complete filling, labeling, boxing, and inventory tracking. You will help ensure that every product leaving our lab meets our standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and presentation. This role is for you if: You enjoy clear instructions, repeatable processes, and doing careful work with your hands. If you take satisfaction in precision, consistency, and finishing something exactly the way it’s meant to be done, this job will feel grounding and rewarding. This role is not a fit if: You’re easily bored by structure, prefer to do it your way, or want to move fast at the expense of accuracy. Our manufacturing process is intentional and exact for a reason, and we’re looking for someone who respects that. If you’re steady, detail-focused, and proud of producing excellent work day after day, we’d love to meet you.
