    Location: Bay Area (Travel Required) Type: Part-Time | Seasonal About Very Mulberry Very Mulberry (Habitera Farms) is a fast-growing specialty fruit farm based in Brentwood, California. We sell fresh mulberries and premium freeze-dried products at leading Bay Area farmers’ markets. Our brand focuses on quality, energy, and exceptional customer experience. About the Role The Farmers’ Market Lead owns execution and performance at assigned markets. This role combines proven leadership, sales performance, inventory control, and brand presentation. This is a managerial role, and candidates must possess prior experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible for turning each market into a high-performing revenue channel. Key Responsibilities Lead booth setup and breakdown Manage and coach market staff Drive daily sales and upselling Maintain inventory accuracy Track revenue performance by market Ensure professional brand presentation Handle end-of-day reconciliation

    Requirements

    Qualifications Strong sales mindset Proven leadership experience (Required), ideally 1-2 seasons managing a small retail or market team. Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with physical setup and breakdown Weekday and weekend availability required
