Farmers Market Associate

We believe this is an exciting and unique opportunity for a hard-working individual with a strong background in sales and customer service, solid analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a customer service position that requires relatability and friendliness as well as the ability to build trust with customers. As part of the ongoing Stemple Creek initiative to boost direct-to-consumer sales, the company aims to place greater emphasis on its Farmers’ Markets activities. The Farmers’ Market Sales Associate may apply to work on Thursdays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

The ideal candidate is mission driven and passionate about regenerative agriculture. They also demonstrate an expertise in meat and cooking, as well as an understanding of ecology. Finally the job can be very physical with markets taking place during rain as well as warm weather. Farmers market experience is preferred. Applicant must also have a valid and clean drivers license.
